IT Business Analyst e-Commerce

You are joining the IT e-Commerce Business Analysis team. The objective of this team is to design an innovative and high-quality omnichannel user experience for all its internal (other departments) or external (customers on the website or in-store) clients.

The Business Analyst participates in design workshops and translates business needs into specifications for the e-Merchandising, e-Marketing, Brand, Payment/Fraud Management, Logistics, and Accounting teams.

They ensure the transmission of reworked, prioritized, and challenged business needs to the technical teams with the help of their Product Owner or Product Manager, but also with the architects and Business Analysts of the team.

In this context, you will join the "Post Purchase" team for the following missions:

You know how to design flow and sequence diagrams.

• Analysis of business needs, search for technical solutions, and proposals for integrations and evolutions.
• Simulation and projection of imagined processes through the creation of diagrams.
• Writing functional and technical specifications on Confluence & user stories on the Jira tool.
• Writing, performing tests, and validating functionalities. In partnership with the Quality Analyst and the Product Owner, they ensure the proper functioning of the new functionalities developed by the team.
• Maintenance and stabilization of the e-Commerce platform, optimization, removal of obsolete elements, users, and configurations.
• Desired experience of at least 5 years.
• You know what a customer repository is.
• Mastery of solutions: Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Jira/Confluence.
• Postman.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following tools would be a plus: Manhattan (MAO).
• Marigold Loyalty & Engage +
• You are comfortable reading and manipulating data in XML and JSON format.
• You know the logic behind SOAP web services and REST APIs.
