Context
A large group is looking for an IT Delivery Lead to take charge of a strategic public web platform. The role involves managing a team of 2 Product Owners and 10 developers in Agile, managing technical trade-offs, evolving the Azure DevOps environment, and overseeing the TMA (Third-Party Maintenance Agreement).
Location & pace: Paris / La Défense — Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 2 Product Owners and 10 developers in an Agile environment.
- Lead the development roadmap: sprint planning, workload forecasting, delivery prioritization.
- Analyze, challenge, and prioritize business requests, acting as the link between product and engineering teams.
- Make technical decisions and arbitrate architecture and implementation choices (scalability, maintainability).
- Evolve the Azure DevOps environment (development, testing, and deployment workflows).
- Oversee the TMA and ensure the platform's operational continuity.
- Coordinate stakeholders and ensure reporting to IT management.
