IT Delivery Lead – B2C Web Platform (M/F)

Project overview

Context:

Within the IT department of a large services group, the Customer Relations IT department is looking for an IT Delivery Lead to take over the management of a high-traffic B2C web platform. Reporting to the Head of Customer Relations IT, you will ensure the continuity of the platform's delivery and roadmap.

Work Environment

• Manage a team of 2 Product Owners and 10 developers in an agile environment
• Lead the development roadmap: sprint planning, workload forecasting, delivery prioritization
• Act as the interface between product and engineering teams: analyze, challenge, and prioritize business requests
• Make technical decisions and arbitrate architectural and implementation choices (scalability, maintainability)
• Evolve the Azure DevOps environment (development, testing, and deployment workflows)
• Manage the Application Maintenance in Outsourcing (TMA) and ensure operational continuity
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure reporting to IT management
• More than 10 years of experience, including several years in delivery leadership for B2C web platforms, with a solid technical background
• Agile team delivery management – Expert (mandatory)
• Web architecture and technologies: API, CMS, cloud – Confirmed (mandatory)
• Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) – Confirmed (mandatory)
• TMA management – Confirmed (important)
• Salesforce / web analytics – Junior (desirable)
