Hello,

We are looking for a local technical partner in the Eure region to intervene on-site with one of our clients.

We are part of the Alternative DSI group based in Lyon. Our business is to support SMEs with IT outsourcing and shared IT departments.

We manage all operations remotely (monitoring, ticketing, IT system administration) and rely on local partners for physical interventions that our Lyon-based team cannot handle.

In this context, we have a need for field interventions in your area:

— Recurring scheduled interventions (preventive maintenance, periodic physical checks)

— One-off corrective interventions on demand, triggered by our team according to our priority matrix

— Environment: Windows workstations, network (switches, Wi-Fi access points), NAS — you would be guided remotely by our N2 technicians on sensitive operations

The operating model is simple: we remain the client's sole point of contact, you intervene on our behalf according to our procedures and provide a report in our tracking tool. Billing per session or monthly package depending on volume, to be defined together.
