Job description

Your responsibilities will focus on the support and operation/production of the IT infrastructure.

As such, you will resolve support requests online via remote control on topics related to workstations and business applications. You will handle IMAC (install, move, add, change) requests within the scope of L1 and L2 support and manage access rights.

You will process tickets until resolution or L3 escalation and analyze recurring problems.

For the operations part, you will perform all routine operations necessary for the startup and proper functioning of IT infrastructures according to procedures and execute application actions and flows in accordance with the operating file procedures. You will monitor and control the smooth running of operational tasks to ensure service continuity and detect incidents while implementing first-level resolution or escalating to internal teams.

Finally, you will develop and update technical documentation.

This mission, located in Rennes (near Chantepie), is to be filled as soon as possible as part of a temporary assignment that may lead to a permanent position. The proposed salary is between €26k and €30k gross depending on your experience level.

The working hours are between 8 AM and 1:30 AM, defined according to a team schedule, 7 days a week and on public holidays, based on 35 hours/week. On-call duties are to be expected. A driver's license is mandatory.

Candidate profile

You have significant initial experience in maintenance/operations on simple Windows + Linux administration tools. You are familiar with a supervision tool (ideally Zabbix) as well as a scheduler (ideally VEGA) and a ticketing tool, with notions or practical experience in scripting.

You are available quickly and agree to staggered working hours.
