IT Operations Manager

Project overview

In Paris, you will be responsible for the stability of local IT operations and applications, with a particular focus on 24/7 service availability. As the primary operational point of contact for the local team, you will oversee daily activities and drive incident, problem, and change management according to group standards. You will act as an escalation point and support the operational and engineering teams.

You will also provide management with a clear overview of operational health, service levels, and incident resolution. In parallel, you will evaluate existing procedures and workloads, then coordinate the gradual transfer of activities to the group's target organization. You will ensure that operating procedures, monitoring dashboards, and technical documentation are kept up to date. This is a temporary assignment of 8 to 12 months, with the possibility of extension, in a hybrid mode with required on-site presence.

Profile

More than 7 years of experience in IT operations or production support, in financial services, energy trading, or a continuously available critical environment.

Experience as interim manager, operations manager, or systems and operations engineering manager.

Experience with transitions to a target operating model, consolidations, or service transfers.

Proficiency in ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.

Practical knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and operational automation tools.

Fluent French and English; ability to support teams and manage stakeholders.
