Working Conditions

• Production Steering and Supervision
• Ensure permanent monitoring of IT resources (servers, networks, systems, and equipment).
• Perform start-up and shut-down operations of resources according to production schedules.
• Analyze alerts and detect potential malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and operating procedures.
• Incident and Alert Management
• Analyze messages received by the control unit.
• Diagnose incidents related to networks, servers, or user alerts.
• Initiate corrective actions and recovery procedures.
• Perform reconfiguration, file copying, and backup operations.
• Escalate to relevant technical teams.
• Rerun processes after incident resolution.
• Operation and Maintenance in Operational Conditions
• Guarantee the availability of physical and logical resources.
• Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance (disks, storage, robots, automates, software, power).
• Participate in backup and restore operations.
• Ensure the stability and continuity of production environments.
• Monitoring and Documentation
• Populate and update the incident database.
• Maintain control documentation and operating procedures.
• Ensure traceability of interventions and actions performed.
