IT Project Manager / Business Analyst (M/F)

Project overview

As part of managing several IT system transformation projects, our client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst capable of coordinating cross-functional initiatives and supporting business and technical teams. The consultant will notably work on projects involving application interfaces, APIs, and data exchanges.

Work Environment

• Simultaneously manage several IT projects, from the scoping phase to their implementation.
• Define and monitor schedules, workloads, budgets, risks, and dependencies, while ensuring necessary trade-offs.
• Adapt project management methods to different contexts: V-cycle, Agile, or hybrid.
• Coordinate work related to APIs, application interfaces, flows, and data exchanges, in collaboration with technical teams.
• Lead operational and decision-making bodies, prepare steering committees, and produce decision-support materials.
• Act as the interface between business departments, IT teams, architects, Data teams, cybersecurity managers, DPOs, and external service providers.
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in IT project management and/or Business Analysis.
• Proven experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects or cross-functional initiatives.
• Good command of predictive, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Concrete experience with projects involving APIs, interfaces, application flows, or data exchanges.
• Solid skills in risk management, budget management, team coordination, and preparation of trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, autonomy, and ability to unite business and technical stakeholders.
