Project overview

Missions

The group launched a major program in 2025 for the evolution of technical infrastructures across all agencies and network campuses.

This program aims to address obsolescence issues with Wifi and Lan infrastructures in production, improve the operational capabilities of these networks, and increase the security level of the agencies.

In this context, a deployment project has been launched with several partners:

The objective of this project is to replace approximately 22,000 pieces of equipment at 6,400 network sites over a period of 24 months. The 6,400 sites are mainly distributed across the group's 29 retail establishments. These can include agencies, standalone ATMs (outside agencies), campuses, back-office sites, etc. The deployment project comprises 20 lots: approximately 320 sites per lot.

• Manufacturers: CISCO (LAN Switches), FORTINET (SDWAN CPE), HPE/ARUBA (WIFI Access Points), NOKIA (5G Router)
• Distributor: ORANGE BUSINESS
• FSP (Field Service Provider): CIRCET and TIBCO
• Managing one or more lots by coordinating all partners (distributor and FSP)
• Ensuring information flow, monitoring, and reporting to all project teams
• Defines the technical design and writes detailed technical specifications
• Participates in software selection, in conjunction with the project owner
• Participates in the development phase in terms of specific developments or integration
• Defines tests and participates in acceptance testing
• Organizes, coordinates, and leads the entire project engineering team
• Arbitrates any disputes between the team and other stakeholders
• Supervises the project's progress
• Coordinates, synthesizes, and ensures the quality of validations issued
• Facilitates information flow on the engineering side
• Manages the relationship with the supplier(s) (from contract signing to final project validation)
• Deploys the new application or new service
• Organizes maintenance
• Participates in user training
• Organizes user support
• Ensures compliance with the specifications
• Guarantees adherence to deadlines and costs
• Proposes potential modifications to objectives (quality, cost, schedule) to the business or project owner during the project, related to implementation constraints or environmental changes
