The mission

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead the first phase of the program, focused on delivering Requests for Proposals (RFPs), project preparation, and setting up governance.

Depending on the selected solution and project approval, the mission may be extended until September 2027 to lead the implementation and deployment phases.

The project manager will work closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure a successful transition from the current Anaplan-based environment to a scalable business performance management solution.

Mission from October to December, extendable

Remote work 2 days/week maximum, on-site presence mandatory, no full remote

Profile

• Lead the end-to-end RFP process for SPM software and implementation partner selection.
• Manage vendor communications and business evaluations.
• Support solution selection with executive management.
• Develop a business case including TCO, ROI, implementation costs, and operating model assessments.
• Prepare the Project Charter, governance structure, and implementation costs for steering committee approval.
• Lead project execution from launch through deployment and hypercare.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate implementation partners, business stakeholders, and SPM POs.
• Lead project steering committees, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Solid project management experience in implementing enterprise software.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end software selection and implementation projects.
• Solid experience in managing tenders and vendor selection.
• Experience managing system integrators and software vendors.
• Experience delivering projects involving business incentives, compensation, and performance management
• Knowledge of SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM)
• Salesforce Sales Planning (SPM) / Spiff
• Knowledge of Anaplan
• Strong English required
