IT Project Manager

Project overview

We are looking for an IT / Data / AI Project Manager to join one of our banking clients based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92), as part of a strategic project to automate the generation of real estate expertise reports, for a mission planned until the end of 2027, renewable.

You will be involved in a project aiming to automate the production of nearly 18,000 annual deliverables, by managing the digitalization of information, data consolidation, and the implementation of an automatic report generation solution integrating automation, Machine Learning, and generative AI technologies.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a senior and autonomous profile, with a higher education degree (Bac+5, engineering school or equivalent university degree), possessing at least 10 years of experience in IT / Data project management.

You have solid experience in managing complex projects, ideally with a strong Data, automation, and artificial intelligence component. You master the challenges related to data collection, storage, and exploitation, as well as the integration and industrialization issues of solutions.

You are capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams, coordinating various stakeholders, and managing a project from start to finish, from scoping to production.

Organized, results-oriented, and with excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate adaptability, technological curiosity, and are proactive in identifying innovative solutions.

• Ensure the scoping and management of IT / Data projects, in compliance with IT governance (COMOP, CVIT, GoLive).
• Manage the digitalization of information and define storage solutions for its exploitation.
• Coordinate the collection, consolidation, transformation, and loading of data from internal and external sources.
• Participate in defining the architecture and solutions for automatic report generation.
• Identify use cases related to classic automation, Machine Learning, or generative AI.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders: business teams, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, IOPS, architects, and security teams.
• Ensure the follow-up of developments and support the industrialization of the solution.
• Manage technical aspects related to opening data flows and creating environments.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, milestones, commitments, and deliverables.
• Participate in writing project documentation and specifications.
• Ensure reporting and lead the various steering committees.
• Conduct technological watch to identify best practices and innovative solutions in AI and automation.
• Confirmed experience of at least 10 years in IT / Data project management.
• Excellent command of project management: planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting, and risk management.
• Good knowledge of issues related to automation, Machine Learning, and generative AI.
• Mastery of concepts for data feeding, storage, transformation, and restitution.
• Good understanding of Data architectures and data integration processes.
• Experience in managing projects involving Data Scientist and Data Engineer teams.
• Solid IT culture: security, governance, architecture, and integration in complex IS environments.
• Experience in supporting IT / Data solution development and industrialization projects.
• Ability to simplify technical subjects and communicate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to work transversally and federate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Fluent English mandatory.

Project details

Boulogne-Billancourt (92) – 2 days of remote work per week.
