IT Project Manager Marketing Automation – HCL UNICA

Project overview

As part of a strategic information system transformation program, we are looking for an IT Project Manager specialized in Marketing Automation, with solid expertise in the HCL UNICA solution.

You will be involved in a program aimed at replacing the Adobe Marketing solution with HCL UNICA within a large banking group.

Your role will be to manage IT projects related to Marketing Automation, ensuring coordination between the Marketing business teams, IT teams, and the various program stakeholders.

• Manage IT projects related to the Marketing domain;
• Organize and monitor the different project phases, from scoping to deployment;
• Define and track schedules, milestones, and deliverables;
• Identify risks, anticipate blocking points, and propose action plans;
• Ensure reporting to steering committees;
• Guarantee the smooth coordination of participants.
• Support the implementation and evolution of the HCL UNICA solution;
• Provide your functional and technical expertise on the HCL UNICA suite;
• Manage projects related to the automation of Marketing campaigns;
• Support multi-channel campaign management;
• Coordinate solution evolutions and their integration into the information system;
• Contribute to the transition from the Adobe Marketing solution.
• Act as the interface between the Marketing, Data, and project management teams;
• Unite the various contributors around the project objectives;
• Organize and lead follow-up meetings;
• Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving;
• Ensure the smooth flow of information between stakeholders.
