IT Project Manager – Microsoft 365 Collaborative Solutions (M/F)

Project overview

As part of the evolution and development of its digital work environment, we are looking for an IT Project Manager specialized in Microsoft 365 collaborative solutions and videoconferencing tools.

Integrated into a team dedicated to collaborative solutions, you will be involved in intermediate-sized technical projects, from the study and design phases to their deployment and operational maintenance.

You will also be responsible for supporting technical teams and users in the adoption of solutions, while ensuring their compliance, industrialization, and quality of service.

With higher education in IT, you have experience in IT project management, ideally in an environment focused on collaborative solutions and digital work environments.

You have a good understanding of Microsoft 365 environments and can manage technical projects while communicating with expert teams.

You are proficient with Jira and Confluence tools and are familiar with Agile methods, ideally within an organization inspired by the Spotify model.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate a strong customer orientation and can adapt your communication to different stakeholders. Your ability to simplify technical topics, facilitate committees, and unite teams will be essential.

You are recognized for your autonomy, organization, initiative, and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.

Work Environment

• Technical Project Management
• Manage technical projects of less than 100 man-days, from the study phase to implementation.
• Organize and coordinate the different project stages, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and commitments are met.
• Conduct technical studies and produce associated deliverables: needs assessments, comparative analyses, solution presentations, and project tracking sheets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and report to stakeholders.
• Participate in the operational maintenance of deployed solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams on the design and evolution of collaborative solutions.
• Participate in the resolution of level 2 and higher incidents and problems.
• Develop product sheets presenting the functional and technical characteristics of the solutions.
• Ensure skills transfer and support the team members' expertise development.

• Facilitation and Communication
• Facilitate and coordinate exchanges with project stakeholders.
• Simplify technical topics to make them accessible to business and decision-making stakeholders.
• Prepare and present technical topics during various committees.
• Ensure regular communication on project progress and any points of attention.
• Adopt a strong customer focus to ensure solutions meet user needs.
• Industrialization and Compliance
• Identify opportunities for industrialization and automation in the implementation of collaborative solutions.
• Participate in optimizing deployment and operational processes.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and internal requirements, particularly regarding security, data protection, and procurement management.
• Ensure the quality, sustainability, and consistency of the implemented solutions.
• Management of intermediate-sized technical projects (less than 100 man-days).
