Project overview

Our client is strengthening its divisional IT Security capability to address increasing cyber security requirements, governance obligations and operational technology (OT) security expectations. The Divisional IT Security function currently operates with limited capacity and requires an experienced professional who can establish and drive a structured OT security roadmap while supporting divisional governance, risk management and compliance activities.

• Define, maintain and drive the divisional OT Security roadmap and track remediation activities in client countries.
• Provide independent security expertise and advisory input to global and cross-divisional security workgroups, particularly in the areas of OT Security and Third-Party Security, contributing specialist perspectives and recommendations to support the development of suitable solutions.
• Giving divisional compliance advice with the Information Security Target Model (ISTM) and other corporate security standards.
• Conduct divisional security risk assessments for applications, infrastructure, vendors and projects.
• Consult countries with security governance, implementation of controls and mitigation of identified risks.
• Monitor security KPIs and provide reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations to continuous improvement of security processes, controls and technologies.
• 5+ years of IT Security experience, preferably including OT/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of information security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, BSI, OWASP or similar).
• Experience in security governance, risk management and compliance activities.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across international organizations.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CISSP or equivalent security certification preferred.
