Project overview

Context

We are looking for a security-oriented project manager for a public organization to support them on two structuring projects: managing the security approval processes for its information systems, and steering the obsolescence of its SI components.

Start date: as soon as possible

• Manage SI approval projects in accordance with the framework applicable to public institutions (RGS, PSSIE): risk analysis, compilation of security files, preparation of approval committees, monitoring of action plans
• Create and maintain the mapping of SI components with regard to their obsolescence (systems, middleware, application bases)
• Define remediation and migration plans, then manage their execution
• Coordinate application project managers as well as internal technical teams and external service providers
• Ensure reporting to management (progress, risks, decisions)
• Proven experience in IT project management with a focus on security
• Mastery of compiling security files in the public sector
• Significant experience in an obsolescence management project (inventory, prioritization, remediation, migration)
• Practice with the approval process in the public sector strongly desired (EBIOS RM, RGS, PSSIE)
• Ease in multi-stakeholder coordination and communication with business departments
