Our client, the IT operator of a large banking group, is strengthening its Solutions Architects team. This team works across several business entities within the group. The team ensures overall technological consistency and guides architectural directions in an IT system transitioning towards hybrid and multicloud.

• Design the technical architecture of applications within the scope, leveraging the internal platform's product catalog and adhering to group standards for security, integration, operations, and eco-design
• Write detailed technical specifications for Architecture Notes (HLD) for projects and Architecture Dossiers (LLD) for applications
• Frame architectural guidelines with the business entity architects
• Support project stakeholders from design to solution implementation
• Contribute to the technological roadmap for the application scope (hybridization, multicloud, new IT uses)
• Promote the adoption of internal platform products among application teams
• Identify application and business technological needs, then relay them to transverse architects in the technology hubs to evolve products
• Participate in the governance and animation of the architecture function, particularly on the client entity side
• Build and capitalize on in-depth knowledge of the business IT ecosystem within the scope
• Confirmed experience as a solutions architect on hybrid / multicloud IT systems
• Public Cloud: GCP and Azure
• Containerization and orchestration: Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm
• Infrastructure as Code and automation: Terraform, Ansible
• GitOps: ArgoCD
• On-premise virtualization: VMware
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
• Writing of formalized architecture deliverables (HLD / LLD)
• Knowledge of the constraints of a banking IT system or a highly regulated environment (security, compliance)
• Sensitivity to eco-design challenges
• Ease in working with numerous stakeholders (entity architects, technology hubs, project teams)
• Ability to defend a technical direction and promote the adoption of standards
• Writing rigor
