• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement business managers to evolve platforms and improve their performance in line with process transformation.
• Act as the IT interface for Supply Chain teams, global planning, and process managers; translate their priorities into a clear roadmap.
• Build and sequence evolutions: S&OP, S&OE, APS deployment, and integration of new sites, including a site in the healthcare sector.
• Manage multiple IT projects: planning, deliverables, budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Lead Agile delivery as Scrum Master: sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Maintain a single, prioritized backlog with the business units.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, management, and suppliers.
• Track progress and communicate results through dashboards and regular reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and inter-project dependencies.
• Drive system improvements, integrations, and workflow automation with technical managers and partners.
• Contribute to the improvement of IT Delivery Hub processes, tools, and standards.
• Ensure the stability of the Anaplan platform and adherence to support commitments.
• At least 8 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT project management within a Supply Chain context.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT programs: budgeting, cost estimation, and resource planning.
• Knowledge of S&OP, S&OE processes, and APS platforms.
• Knowledge of the ISO 13485 quality standard.
• PMP / Agile-SAFe project management certifications.
• Anaplan certification appreciated.
• Excellent communication, listening, and simplification skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to unite multiple teams in a matrix and distributed environment.
