Seeking an IT Supply Chain Project Manager for a 6-month renewable mission on the Ile de France (92) with remote work flexibility. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, managing IT projects, and acting as a Scrum Master.

Anaplan, ERP QAD, SAP, PMP, Agile safe, BI
- Collaborating with Supply Chain and Purchasing business managers to evolve platforms and improve their performance in line with process transformation
- Being the IT interface for Supply Chain teams, global planning, and process managers; translating their priorities into a clear roadmap
- Building and sequencing evolutions: S&OP, S&OE, APS deployment, and integration of new sites, including a site in the health sector
- Managing several IT projects: planning, deliverables, budgets, costs, and resource allocation
- Leading Agile delivery as Scrum Master: sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Maintaining, with the business, a single, prioritized backlog
- Coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, management, and suppliers
- Tracking progress and communicating results through dashboards and regular reporting
- Identifying and managing risks, issues, and inter-project dependencies
- Managing system improvements, integrations, and workflow automation with technical managers and partners
- Contributing to the improvement of IT Delivery Hub processes, tools, and standards
- Ensuring the stability of the Anaplan platform and adherence to support commitments
- At least 8 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT project management, in a Supply Chain context
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT programs, including budgeting, cost estimation, and resource planning
- Knowledge of S&OP, S&OE processes, and APS platforms
- Knowledge of the ISO 13485 quality standard
- PMP / Agile–SAFe project management certifications
- Having an Anaplan certification is a plus
- Excellent communication, listening, and simplification skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to unite multiple teams in a matrix and distributed environment
