• Successful resolution of client IT issues through on-site and remote support.
• Challenges:
• Responding to client needs on short notice for on-site visits in Berlin.
• Maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail in all IT support tasks.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an IT freelancer (not as an employee).
• Experience with project-based work, comfortable with variable workloads and clear deliverables.
• Must have other clients or income sources, demonstrating autonomy.
• Server maintenance.

• IT infrastructure management.
• Extreme attention to detail and precision.
• Autonomy and ability to work independently.
