Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external asset-related enquiries, ensuring they are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Use relevant tools and technologies to track and manage IT assets.
• Ensure asset and configuration records are accurately maintained, controlled, and readily available when required.

Project details

• Contract duration: 1 year
• Working pattern: 1 day per month (8 hours per day)
• Location: On-site in Belfast
• Training: The first week will be fully on-site, 8 hours per day for 5 days
