Project overview
IT Support, 1 Line & 2nd Line Engineer, Current SC Clearance Required
6 month contract
£250/day, Inside IR35
On-site with client in Lancashire
An experienced 1st and 2nd Line Engineer is required by an IT Managed Service business, to provide onsite support to their client in the Lancashire region. The role will sit within Service Operations, and provide local support for IT service requests and general troubleshooting.

- Provide walk-up and scheduled Level 1 and Level 2 user support.
- Troubleshooting for hardware, software, operating system and connectivity.
- Log, track and manage support tickets using ServiceNow.
- Laptop build and deployment, and management of hardware inventory.
- Proven experience in an on-site support role, with extensive background providing Service Desk, Walk-Up Tech Bar and Desktop support.
- ServiceNow experience, including reporting.
- Laptop build and hardware diagnostic experience.
- ITIL certification is desirable
- Current SC Clearance is essential.
