Jobbeschreibung
As an IT Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from employees at the Overijssel court and occasionally the Northern Netherlands court. You will resolve issues ranging from workplace automation to infrastructure and contribute to IT security.
Project overview
All IT questions from employees at the Overijssel court, locations Zwolle and Almelo, and occasionally also the Northern Netherlands court, will come to you. Directly or via our Customer Contact Center. This includes questions from judges and registrars, for example, about an IT problem in the courtroom. You will then ensure that the case is not delayed. And that gives you a very important role. In this way, you contribute to the digitalization and accessibility of justice in our country. As an IT Support Officer, you have a lot of face-to-face contact with users.
You will resolve questions and incidents as much as possible yourself – from workplace automation to our infrastructure. But it is even better if you identify problems before they hinder the functioning of the court. You will also help with IT security. And does a user have a special request? Then you will think along about a custom solution. You will actively search for information, for example, in our own knowledge system. You will also help keep that system up-to-date. Is a question really too complex? Then you will forward it to the people in 'the second line'.
Assignment Background
For the local IT team, we are looking for a service-oriented employee who, together with colleagues, is committed to providing an optimal experience for our customers. As a Service Officer, you will work with your colleagues to provide the best service to the users of the Judiciary. You are responsible for handling customer questions, resolving incidents, and registering them. You are the business card of IVO Rechtspraak; excellent communication skills and customer focus are therefore a must. You will work in a motivated team with expert colleagues.
You can work independently and are proactive, you will get your information and first search in the knowledge system.

Additional Information
When you offer a professional to us as a supplier and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid). The purpose of the 'WKA' is to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.
The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is established in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
Please note that the costs for this statement will be at your own expense.
