As an IT technician onsite, you will be part of our local IT support – close to the business, close to the users, and close to the pace.

The role is varied, and you will work with both traditional IT support and with equipment that is absolutely crucial in the logistics chain.

Since you will meet employees in different parts of the business, it is important that you master Swedish in speech and writing. This allows you to communicate clearly, provide secure guidance, and ensure that errors and actions are documented correctly.

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and peripherals
• Troubleshooting of hardware, networks, and software
• Installation, replacement, and simple repair of logistics equipment such as scanners, handheld terminals, photocells, and cameras
• On-site support for users – both in an office environment and out in the logistics operations
• Travel to other locations as needed.
• Have experience with technical troubleshooting and IT support
• Are curious, self-motivated, and like when things happen
• Easily create secure and clear user interactions
• Thrive in both office and logistics environments
• Enjoy traveling and being where the business needs you
• Have a driver's license B (advantageous depending on location)
