IT / 2nd Line Support Engineer – Zurich, Switzerland - 6 months+

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support, resolving hardware, software and network-related issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests and escalations in line with ITIL best practices.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and endpoint management.
• Configure, deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot remote access, security and infrastructure-related issues.

• 2+ years' experience in an IT Support Engineer or 2nd Line Support role within a helpdesk environment.
• Experience working within an ITIL framework.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, antivirus and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar is advantageous
• Previous experience supporting users within a global enterprise organisation.
