Assignment Description

The assignment includes developing, managing, operating, and continuously improving Försäkringskassan's platform products and web services, as well as ensuring efficient, secure, and sustainable delivery of IT services in a hybrid cloud environment.

Mandatory Requirements

The IT Technician role contributes to FK IT's deliveries primarily by maintaining, managing, and securing stable IT production for FK's operations. The main responsibility includes streamlining and rationalizing operations, as well as working on quality-enhancing and operation-improving measures.

Experience — has performed complex assignments within the current role and delivered consultancy services with very high quality

Leadership — takes main responsibility for leading a larger group

Option: Försäkringskassan has the sole right to extend the contract twice (2) times, with each extension being for six (6) months.

The supplier shall provide one (1) reference assignment that proves the consultant's competence and experience in the areas covered by the assignment.

The duty station is Sundsvall, 100%. Försäkringskassan's current guidelines allow for remote work for a maximum of 40% of working hours, equivalent to a maximum of two (2) days per week. However, this does not constitute a guaranteed right to remote work.

• at least five (5) years of documented experience working in complex IT environments within larger organizations with at least 3,000 users.
• at least five (5) years of documented experience with implementation, configuration, management, or development with Kubernetes.
• at least five (5) years of documented experience working with public cloud services and cloud platforms.
• at least five (5) years of documented experience with administration, configuration, or development in Linux-based environments.
• at least five (5) years of documented experience with implementation, configuration, or use of Helm for packaging and deployment of applications in Kubernetes environments.
• at least five (5) years of documented experience with implementation, configuration, or use of Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• at least five (5) years of documented experience with development or automation using the programming language Go (Golang).
• at least five (5) years of documented experience with implementation, configuration, or management of Elastic Stack/ELK for log management, search, and analysis.
