Work Environment

• Design, develop, and maintain backend features in Java and frontend features in Angular.
• Participate in the design and evolution of the application architecture.
• Develop and evolve backend services, ideally leveraging the Quarkus framework.
• Utilize generative artificial intelligence tools in development activities, particularly Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Contribute to the design and development of AI agents.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of the produced code.
• Participate in code reviews and adherence to good development practices.
• Be proactive in proposing technical choices and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the various team members and program stakeholders.
• Solid experience with Full Stack Java / Angular architectures.
• Mastery of the Quarkus framework and its ecosystem.
• Concrete experience with AI-assisted development, particularly with Claude Code.
• Knowledge of AI agent development approaches and their integration into applications.
• Mastery of good development, testing, and code quality practices.
• Ability to identify technical issues and propose suitable solutions.
• Sensitivity to new development approaches and the industrialization of practices through AI.
• Very senior Full Stack Java / Angular Developer with solid experience in complex application environments.
• Excellent mastery of Java backend and Angular frontend development.
• Significant experience with Quarkus is highly desired.
• Accustomed to using generative AI tools in daily development, ideally Claude Code.
• Ability to contribute to innovative topics around AI agent development.
• Autonomous, proactive, and proposal-driven profile.
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to take a step back, share knowledge, and be a driving force in technical discussions.
• Sensitivity to new development approaches and the industrialization of practices through AI
