• Implement Jira as the central tool for tracking and monitoring ERP project activities
• Configure Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, and filters according to the operational needs of the teams
• Support project teams in mastering the tool and defining tracking processes
• Ensure consistency between Jira configuration and ERP project governance requirements
• Produce reporting and tracking indicators for stakeholders
• Identify blocking points and propose continuous improvements in tool usage
• Proven experience in Jira implementation and administration
• Good knowledge of ERP projects and their operational tracking challenges
• Mastery of configuring Jira workflows, dashboards, and filters
• Ability to interact with multidisciplinary project teams
• Mission conducted in an international environment, exchanges with multi-site teams
