Junior Business Continuity Officer

Project overview

We are looking for a junior Business Continuity Officer for a 6-month renewable mission in Paris 13th.

The main objective of this service is to support the Head of Business Continuity (RPCA) within the Risk Department in the operational implementation of the business continuity policy.

• Methodological know-how (BCP): Theoretical knowledge and initial practice of business continuity methodologies. Understanding the structure of a BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and the concepts of backup plans, workarounds, RTO, and RPO to assist business departments in updating their deliverables.
• Technical know-how (Reporting / Data): Strong aptitude for data manipulation and building operational reports. Excellent command of office tools (Advanced Excel: pivot tables, complex formulas, PowerPoint for presentations and facilitation materials).
• Facilitation and awareness: Participation in the preparation of crisis and continuity management exercises, and support for internal stakeholders.
• Soft skills: Rigor and synthesis skills essential for consolidating data from multiple business departments. Interpersonal skills, adaptability (partnership and support posture), proactivity, and autonomy.
• Profile sought: Junior consultant ideally with 1 to 3 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or data-driven management.
