Junior Buyer IT / Junior Buyer – IT Professional Services (M/F)

Project overview

As part of strengthening its Purchasing team, a large international group is looking for a Junior Buyer specializing in IT professional services.

You will be involved in sourcing, negotiating, and monitoring external service providers, particularly for consulting, technical assistance, and IT services.

You will contribute to cost optimization, supplier performance management, and compliance with contractual commitments.

Main missions

• Analyze and monitor purchasing requests (Purchase-to-Pay process).
• Verify the compliance of requests with existing supplier contracts and agreements.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and rationalization of the supplier panel.
• Manage supplier consultations: simple RFI, RFQ, and RFP.
• Participate in commercial negotiations with service providers.
• Support contract monitoring, renewals, and amendments.
• Participate in supplier reviews (Supplier Relationship Management).
• Monitor purchasing performance indicators and savings achieved.
• Collaborate with operational teams and internal stakeholders.
