About Experis Academy

Experis Academy is our career program for those who want to develop within in-demand specialist areas. The program begins with a two-month training where you will gain the knowledge required to succeed in the role of Configuration Manager.

After the training, you will proceed to a 12-month consulting assignment with a company in the defense industry in Huskvarna/Jönköping. You will be employed by Experis from day one and receive support from both a consultant manager and the Academy team throughout the journey.

About the role

As a Configuration Manager, you are responsible for creating structure, traceability, and control throughout the entire product lifecycle. You ensure that changes in products and systems are documented, followed up, and can be recreated over time.

You will work closely with project managers, system engineers, and other key functions in a technically advanced environment where quality, accuracy, and collaboration are crucial.

• Manage and follow up on product and system configurations
