To complete the data migration from TERAdata to Azure (cloud) before the end of the year

Requirements

Only Dutch CVs will be offered, and candidates must speak Dutch perfectly. The assignment is less suitable for freelancers due to the DBA law.

Technical Must-have

SQL

Basic knowledge Power BI

Basic knowledge Azure Synapse Platform

Basic knowledge Azure DevOps: Pipelines, Repos (Git) and Boards

Nice to have

Python and Scala

Data Warehousing concepts

0-2 years of relevant experience

Education in Data Engineering, Informatics or Affinity with cloud platforms

Wishes

Education in Data Engineering, Informatics or comparable

Affinity with BI and cloud platforms

Experience with data-intensive organizations is a plus

Experience with migration, modernization, and transformation projects in complex chains is preferred

Additional Information

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the DBA Act (Law on chain and contractor liability). The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the levying of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have an SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is established in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to submit an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement on the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the payments.
