Context and challenges

As part of the development of innovative Conversational Analytics solutions, a major player in the banking sector is looking for a Product Owner Data & AI to lead the implementation of solutions allowing users to query their data directly in natural language.

The objective is to accelerate the construction, deployment, and adoption of these solutions, leveraging the artificial intelligence capabilities of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Four priority use cases have been identified and will need to be implemented through GCP's Conversational Analytics agent.

The Product Owner will act as the interface between business, Data, and technical teams to ensure the realization of these use cases and promote their adoption by users.

• Lead the implementation of the four priority use cases identified around Google Cloud Platform's Conversational Analytics agent.
• Support the construction and deployment of solutions enabling natural language data querying.
• Ensure coordination between business, Data, and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure the developed solutions align with user needs and challenges.
• Provide functional and technical expertise on Conversational Analytics solutions.
• Leverage the capabilities of GCP's conversational AI agents, particularly in their interaction with BigQuery.
• Utilize Knowledge Catalog features to facilitate data knowledge and exploitation.
• Contribute to accelerating the construction of Data and AI solutions.
• Organize and lead workshops with various stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into concrete use cases understandable by technical teams.
• Popularize Data, AI, and Conversational Analytics concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Foster user buy-in and support the adoption of new solutions.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between teams involved in the project.
