- Understanding of software architecture designs and data modeling
- Experience maintaining and modernizing existing applications
- Communicative English (B2 level or higher)
- Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using C# and .NET
- Develop user interfaces using WPF or .NET MAUI
- Apply desktop architecture patterns such as MVVM
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests (xUnit, NUnit)
- Improve performance, stability, and maintainability
- Participate in technical design and modernization efforts
- Support and mentor less experienced developers
