Junior Sales Support

Project overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support to join a growing insurance team. This role plays a key part in supporting broker partners and the sales team, ensuring new business applications are processed efficiently, and maintaining high service standards across the distribution channel.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the insurance industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that combines relationship management, operations support, and case coordination.

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

• Support Business Development Managers and sales teams in managing relationships with brokers and business partners.
• Assist with broker onboarding, registration, and ongoing servicing activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for broker enquiries regarding products, processes, underwriting requirements, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate broker support activities, including training sessions and CPD initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external distribution partners.
• Diploma or Degree holder in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales support, broker servicing, new business operations, or a similar function.
• Understanding of insurance products, underwriting requirements, and policy servicing processes.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with insurance administration or broker management systems is an advantage.
