Junior Security Consultant

Project overview

As a Junior Security Consultant, you will strengthen the Security Team of a socially relevant organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising on information security within the organization
• Analyzing security risks
• Contributing to the implementation of security measures and processes
• Optimizing security governance and associated processes
• Documenting security policies and processes
• Demonstrable experience as a Security Consultant within data, infrastructure, or application security or another relevant security environment
• Expertise in at least one knowledge domain of information security, such as implementation of Information Security Management processes, vulnerability analyses and penetration tests, optimization of application security, Privileged Access Management or encryption solutions
• Experience with analyzing and optimizing security processes and governance
• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27000 series, COBIT for Security, NIST, OWASP and CIS Critical Security Controls
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CEH, or equivalent
• Mastery of the Dutch language at CEFR level C2
