Responsibilities
- Support implementation, configuration, and operational activities for document scanning, capture, and OCR solutions such as Kofax, ABBYY, or equivalent platforms.
- Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot document classification, recognition, and OCR processes, preferably using ABBYY FlexiCapture.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand document capture requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
- Support deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of solutions hosted on Windows Server environments.
- Use SQL for data analysis, issue investigation, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot XML and XSLT-based configurations and transformations.
- Configure and support workflow/BPM solutions, particularly XML configuration-driven platforms such as BizTalk.
- Investigate production and application issues across capture, classification, OCR, workflow, and integration components.
- Coordinate with onsite customer stakeholders and offshore technical teams for implementation, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration details, troubleshooting guides, and solution-related documentation.
- Support customer workshops, technical discussions, testing, go-live, and post-production support activities.
