KYC Due Diligence Officer Senior

Project overview

We are looking for a Senior KYC Due Diligence Officer for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will join a team dedicated to a premium service: the onboarding of investment banking clients with urgent and complex files. You will work with a network of local contacts (compliance, IT, coordinators) to quickly resolve any blocking issues.

Profile sought

Master's degree (Bac+5) and proven experience in KYC / Due Diligence, ideally with investment banking clients. You have a strong command of KYC compliance and can analyze complex files. Fluent in English and French. Rigorous, client-oriented, responsive, you have a sense of urgency and coordination. Proactive, you anticipate blocking issues and can communicate orally and in writing, in an environment with many stakeholders.

• Produce and control the quality of urgent KYC files.
• Coordinate clients and internal stakeholders to gather documentation and perform initial analysis (client segments, applicable policies, public sources).
• Verify the compliance of documents with the requirements of current policies.
• Obtain business opinions and file validations according to policies.
• Enter data and documents into KYC systems and track file progress.
• Support files through quality reviews, checks, and validation.
• Develop expertise on investment banking products.
