L2 Service Desk Engineer (M365)
Milton Keynes | 6 month contract | Inside IR35 | 24/7 shifts | ASAP start
A specialist MSP is building a dedicated service desk for one of its large global clients, and needs four L2 engineers to run it around the clock.
If you're a confident Microsoft 365 generalist who likes owning the queue and fixing things properly, this is a chance to help shape a new service from day one, with L3 backup on call when you need it.

- Picking up escalations from L1, and owning everything outside core hours
- Solving issues across M365, Exchange Online, AD, Entra ID and Intune
- Supporting Windows Server, Azure and VMware/Horizon virtual desktops
- Handling priority incidents and giving clean shift handovers
- Building up the knowledge base as the service grows
- 12-hour shifts (7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am), 4 on 4 off, so plenty of time off
