Project overview
As a lawyer, you will support the Real Estate and Land Affairs team with various legal issues.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Reviewing and drafting private law contracts, for example for sale, rent, and the establishment of limited rights
- Advising on the purchase, sale, and management of land and buildings
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents, such as letters and notarial deeds
- Acting as a sparring partner for colleagues on legal issues related to land and real estate matters
- Completed legal education at HBO or WO level
- Extensive legal experience with a strong foundation in real estate and land affairs
- Several years of experience in a similar role within a government organization
- Ability to switch between legal depth and practical solutions
- Proactive and critical work attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
