Today, we are looking for a Lead Developer Java React to join one of our clients in the insurance sector, based in Niort.

The project

You will join an agile collective organized into tribes and squads. Within multidisciplinary teams composed of Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and testers, you will be involved in the entire application lifecycle, from design to production.

Your missions

• Design and develop solutions, from the design phase to their production.
• Participate in application modernization and propose architectural evolutions.
• Ensure code quality and contribute to continuous integration and observability practices.
• Support teams in technical choices and share your expertise.
• Contribute to DevOps practices and modern architectures: microservices, DDD, and Data Mesh.
• Maintain technical watch and foster knowledge sharing within the collective.

Your Growth, Our Vision 🤖

• You have 8 to 10 years of experience in development, with significant experience as a Lead Dev.
• You master the Java ecosystem (Java 17 and +, Spring Boot) and front-end development with React and TypeScript.
• You have a good knowledge of APIs and DDD architecture principles.
• You are familiar with automated testing practices, particularly with Playwright.
• You are comfortable in an agile environment and enjoy teamwork.
• You know how to take a step back, be proactive, and technically support a collective.
• Location: Niort (79).
• On-site presence: 2 to 3 days per week initially, with the possibility of reducing to one presence every two weeks eventually.
• Start date: ASAP, with flexibility possible until December.
• Contract: Permanent or freelance.
• Regular support and personalized career monitoring.
• Evolution prospects adapted to your ambitions.
