Project overview

Technical leadership of a development team within the Generic Functions program of iRealisatie (VWS).

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coaching developers in terms of content and technical aspects
• Designing and reviewing the technical architecture of applications
• Advising the client and team on application architecture
• Making technical choices regarding tools and development processes
• Ensuring that code and architecture meet current security standards
• Integrating security and privacy by design in design and development
• Analyzing and improving team performance
• WO work and thinking level with a completed education in computer science or software engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technically leading a team as a Lead Developer
• Proven experience in software architecture and code quality
• Experience working with C#, Python, and complex data systems
• Experience in developing APIs and data connections
• Experience with applying security & privacy by design
• Experience with backend frameworks
• Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with DevOps design and development
• Strong communication skills
