Lead Developer Power BI & Microsoft Fabric (m/f) – Freelance Mission

Project overview

We are looking for a freelance Lead Developer for Power BI & Microsoft Fabric to join a major international company.

Based in Marseille, you will join a new team composed of experienced and junior developers. You will be responsible for the design, support, and tooling of critical projects, as well as upskilling your team.

Our offer:

A mission duration of 6 to 12 months.

A daily rate of €500.

• Understand and analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Estimate task complexity and mentor junior developers.
• Develop advanced DAX measures.
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI, and manage report security.
• Ensure the maintenance of developed reports and implement desired evolutions.
• Identify optimization opportunities for existing tools.
• Write functional documentation and necessary operating procedures.
• Support change management and train end-users.
• Ensure technological watch and simplify complex technical subjects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Power BI (certifications appreciated), Microsoft Fabric, SQL, as well as DAX and M languages.
• Good knowledge of Python, Dataverse, and Excel would be a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex data and propose innovative BI solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
