Lead a development team in industrializing generative AI products and POCs/POVs, transforming AI prototypes into robust, secure, and maintainable applications on Microsoft Azure.
Project overview
Our client, a major audit and consulting firm, develops and operates about fifteen in-house application products on Microsoft Azure, intended for the Audit, Advisory, and support functions.
It is now strengthening its capacity to industrialize POCs/POVs quickly built with generative AI ("vibe coding") and relying on cloud AI services (LLM, RAG, agents), to make them reliable, secure, and production-ready products.
Your mission
You will lead the development team of the AI products and POC/POV industrialization squad:
Technical environment
Node.js, React, Python (appreciated), Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry, LLM, RAG, AI agents. Existing ecosystem in C# .NET / Vue.js.
- Technically mentor the team and make architectural choices and define best practices
- Transform AI prototypes into robust, secure, and maintainable applications
- Design and develop fullstack applications integrating LLMs, RAG, and agents
- Support the deployment and operation of applications on Azure
- Disseminate best practices for AI-assisted development within the team
