The role of Lead Java Developer consists of supervising and ensuring the quality of developments within programming teams while integrating modern AI and web technologies. This position is crucial for ensuring that projects meet deadline and quality commitments.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the code quality of development teams.
• Implement and verify best practices in agreement with the manager.
• Validate adherence to estimation and deadline commitments at the start of the sprint.
• Coordinate technical actions with other teams, including infrastructure and integration.
• Manage resource planning and support developers in their skill development.
• Handle coding of specific program parts.
• Ensure technical monitoring of anomalies and application performance in production.
• Report on development progress, alerts, and risks.
