📍 Boulogne-Billancourt – near Porte d’Auteuil

🏠 Hybrid: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote work

⏳ Mission: 2 to 3 years minimum

For one of our clients in the sports domain, we are looking for a Lead Developer to strengthen a strategic team dedicated to IAM & API Management topics.

A rich technical context, with real challenges around security, authentication, APIs, and the industrialization of the IS.

🔐 YOUR CHALLENGES

You will join a team at the heart of IAM / APIM issues and will be involved in:

🔹 Keycloak: administration, evolution, and industrialization

🔹 Gravitee: management and evolution of API Management

🔹 MFA: implementation and strengthening of multi-factor authentication

🔹 Technical debt: analysis, reduction, and continuous improvement

🔹 Observability: implementation of metrics to monitor application health, performance, and availability

🔹 Participation in technical and architectural choices

🔹 Collaboration with Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Architecture teams

🛠️ TECHNICAL STACK

We are looking for a profile with solid experience in several of the following technologies:

🎯 THE PROFILE

You have 6+ years of development experience and a true Lead Dev mindset.

You enjoy complex technical environments, security and architecture issues, but you remain hands-on.

You also know how to work with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives beyond the simple development scope.

• Java / Spring Boot or Node.js
• Keycloak
• Gravitee / Kong or other API Manager
• Docker / Kubernetes
• CI/CD & DevOps
• IAM / API / Security environments
