- Proven experience working as a Lead Performance Analyst within government or large-scale public sector environments.
- Strong understanding of performance measurement, KPI design and service analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience presenting performance insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data modelling principles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Understanding of GDS Service Standards and government reporting frameworks.
