• Experience with independently leading product design work, including end-to-end delivery across enterprise products.
• Experience independently leading UX workstreams from strategy through execution, including research, UX, UI, and prototyping.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior client stakeholders, including consulting or embedded client team settings.
• High proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Figma Make, ChatGPT, and Claude within design and research workflows, including familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG.
