For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Lead Technical Azure Infrastructure (M/F) with advanced expertise in Cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

You will be responsible for taking technical ownership of an existing Azure platform, defining its evolution path, and optimizing its performance, security, and costs. You will also act as a technical reference for teams and service providers, with a strong ability to justify your recommendations to management.

Your missions

Technical Environment

• Azure Technical Leadership: Take over the existing environment, audit the architecture, identify areas for improvement, and define the technical roadmap.
• N3 Administration and Expertise: Maintain and optimize Azure, Windows Server, and Linux/RHEL environments, and resolve complex incidents.
• Architecture and Security: Evolve Cloud and hybrid infrastructures, integrating network, governance, identity, connectivity, and HDS compliance considerations.
• Service Continuity: Design and improve high availability and disaster recovery (DRP) systems in Azure or multi-cloud environments.
• Automation and DevOps: Automate infrastructure with Terraform, maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, and develop PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts.
• Monitoring and FinOps: Improve monitoring and alerting, optimize performance, and control Cloud costs.
• Infrastructure Expertise: Address issues related to virtualization, storage, backup, and related environments (Oracle, Citrix, AVD). Understanding of AKS is appreciated.
• Consulting and Support: Technically challenge service providers, including Claranet, and architects; formulate justified, quantified, and presentable recommendations to management.
• Knowledge Transfer: Support teams, upskill junior profiles, and promote the sharing of best practices.
• Documentation and Communication: Formalize solutions, write technical documentation, and present decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure, hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Systems: Windows Server, Linux/RHEL.
• Infrastructure as Code and DevOps: Terraform, GitLab, CI/CD.
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Monitoring: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Nagios, Zabbix.
• Infrastructure: Hyper-V, VMware, SAN/NAS, storage, and backup.
• Complementary Environments: Oracle, Citrix, AVD, AKS.
• Security: governance, identity, network, hybrid connectivity, HDS compliance.
• Optimization: FinOps, performance, and Cloud costs.
