Handle objection and appeal cases within the social domain (Youth and Wmo) and improve the quality of work processes. This includes drafting defense letters, representing the municipality in hearings, and advising on legal developments.
Project overview
The assignment includes handling objection and appeal cases and improving the quality of work processes within the social domain (Youth and Wmo).
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Handling objection and appeal cases within the social domain
- Drafting defense letters and other legal documents
- Representing the municipality during hearings
- Providing preliminary injunctions where necessary
- Following and analyzing jurisprudence and translating it into policy and execution
- Collaborating with the other quality advisor, consultants, team leaders, process manager, and policy officers
- Identifying structural bottlenecks in objection and appeal files
- Initiating improvement processes and supporting the implementation of work agreements and quality systems
- Advising and coaching consultants on relevant legal developments
- Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years, gained in the last 8 years, as an objection and appeal officer
- Demonstrable experience with the Youth Act
- Preferably gained at a government institution
- Minimum HBO bachelor work and thinking level
- Availability for an interview on November 11, 2026
