As a Legal Quality Officer, you will support the Livability and Neighborhood Management team with legal issues, including advising colleagues, handling information requests, and quality control of permit and supervision files.
Project overview
As a legal quality officer, you will support the Livability and Neighborhood Management team with legal issues.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising colleagues in decision-making
- Handling Woo requests within your own area of expertise
- Advising on decision intentions and proposals
- Performing quality checks on permit and supervision files and analyzing objection and appeal cases
- Supporting the subject matter expert colleague in the (in)formal handling of objections
- Supporting supervisors, enforcers, and permit officers with legal quality issues and checking files, decisions, and work processes against laws and regulations
- Developing standard letters and work processes
- Contributing to work process improvements and implementing adjustments
- Legal education, at least completed at HBO bachelor level
- At least 2 years of experience in the last 8 years as a legal officer at a municipality, focused on enforcement or APV and special laws
- Completed master's degree in a legal field (pre)
- At least 4 years of experience as a legal officer within enforcement or APV and special laws (pre)
- Work experience with objections and appeal cases (pre)
- Experience with implementing new laws and regulations and with administrative enforcement (pre)
